In a recently released article, it claims that Donald Trump will legalize marijuana across all states in America. Allegedly, he said in 1990 that he supports the legalization and taxation of all drugs to take the power away from the drug lords and put more money back into the economy.
However, during his campaign run for presidency and now being the President-elect, Donald Trump has not released any statements concerning what he will do about the marijuana industry. He appointed Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions as the nation’s top law enforcement. Jeff Sessions has repeatedly try to denounce marijuana’s medical benefits and is completely against marijuana as a recreational drug. So, it should be interesting to see what happens in states where marijuana is completely legal under a Trump presidency.
